Thailand's Energy Regulatory Commission will extend its energy efficiency incentive policy until 2026. Enterprises that purchase energy-saving outdoor 3D LED large screens, professional LED stage wash lights, and intelligent lighting control systems can enjoy a 50% additional deduction of the equipment investment amount from corporate income tax by the end of 2028. Light and shadow shows on the facades of commercial areas and smart lighting renovation projects on main roads in cities such as Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Phuket are all included in the fiscal budget. LED lighting equipment for these projects will be publicly tendered in batches in 2026. Implementation period: Continuously effective in 2026.
